The development provides 161 homes – including 107 units for private development – all of which were pre-sold to London & Stamford Property plc, who exchanged in July 2011. Notting Hill Housing will manage the affordable housing. In addition the scheme includes 32 parking spaces and 2,680 sq m of commercial space, also pre-sold.

  • Integrated Reception System (IRS System)


An Integrated Reception System (IRS) was provided to each apartment via a single aerial array. The residents have access to Skyplus/HD Services in the Living Room and Digital Terrestrial TV to the Living Room and Bedroom.

To satisfy the needs of the diverse local population, foreign satellite channel reception was also incorporated within the system.
